The formulation of the livestock feed complements the natural grazing and browsing habits of your animals, where they are able to thrive upon a diet high in quality fibre as well as lower concentrate levels. WES Voere Livestock Feed consists of a quality browse fibre, Vachellia fibre (Acacia fibre). The Vachellia fibre’s fractions are known as polygonal fibres, and do not stratify in the animal’s digestive system, making them easier to digest.
The livestock feed’s unique composition ensures the reduction of metabolic stress, as the product is supplemented with high-quality natural proteins that are locally sourced. WES Voere Livestock Feed is a fixed formulation and no animal bi-products or chemicals are used during production. Feeding Recommendations:
Livestock Feed can be fed to livestock on an ad lib basis. In the case of feedlot animals, the following proportions are recommended. These portions are to be fed with roughage or grazing to supply effective long fibre in feedlot animals:
- Small livestock (up to 25kg): Livestock Feed = 5% of animal body mass & roughage at ad lib
- Large livestock: Livestock Feed = 2% of animal body mass and roughage at ad lib
